Life Electric Oscars: TV's 2010

Kicking off the first Life Electric consumer and retailer compiled Top Rated Series, we begin with the world of Televisions - HD, 3D, the biggest and best TV's in the universe. We will first list our Top Ten TV's of 2010 based on lists compiled by Users and other reviwers such as Which, CNET, Amazon and hundreds of other sites and personal blogs we vet, asses, test and finally decide who was right.

Here is a list of some of the products we will be listing in various categories over the next few weeks.

1) HDTV: Panasonic Viera TC-P50VT25

Top Rated by CNET and rated highly in our Live Consumer poll* in the ''High End HD TV'' section. This TV is considered to be cutting-edge and setting new industry standards for HDTV's.

2) Budget Blue-Ray DVD Player: Samsung BD-C6800 3D

Compact, slick, fast and a simple ABC installation, Samsung compete against Sony, LG and Panasonic for the coveted ''Budget Blue Ray player of 2010''. It is a close call and we're still counting the last few votes, but we know this one - Samsung's BD-C6800 3D Blue Ray DVD player - is proving extremely popular.

3) Budget Laptop: ASUS U30JC-B1 13.3 Inch Laptop

Clearly a favourite with consumers and retailers ASUS bring us another triumph in the U30JC-B1 13 Inch Laptop, making ''affordable'' a reality for users looking for more than the standard budget laptop. ASUS have enhanced every feature of their earlier offerings, but they maintain very high standards.
